Throne and Liberty Open Beta Announced, Launch Date, Trailer and More

Amazon Games and NCSOFT have finally revealed what we’ve all been waiting for. Throne and Liberty, their free-to-play MMORPG, is going to launch on September 17, 2024. The game is coming out in North and South America, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan.

The game will be available on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S, and yes, cross-platform play is on the table. So, you can join the same epic battles, whether you’re slaying on your console or PC.

Merv Lee Kwai from Amazon Games said, “On behalf of Amazon Games and NCSOFT, I’m proud to announce that THRONE AND LIBERTY will launch on September 17, 2024. We all know fans around the world have been eagerly waiting for news on when they can jump into the game. We can’t wait to show you what we’ve been working on, and invite you to experience it all for yourself when the game launches this September.

To sweeten the pot, Amazon Games just dropped a trailer that’s pure eye candy, giving us the juiciest glimpse yet into the world of Solisium. If you haven’t seen it, you can watch it just below:

Before we get our hands on the full game, there’s an Open Beta happening from July 18 to July 23. This beta is open to all platforms and supported regions, so there’s no excuse not to jump in and start slaying. You can sign up for the beta on the Throne and Liberty site. This isn’t just a sneak peek, but also your chance to help shape the game. Feedback from the beta will be crucial in fine-tuning Throne and Liberty before its big launch.

The world of Solisium is a living, breathing entity. Dynamic environments mean that weather cycles can change how your weapons work, alter the terrain and even reveal new paths. Did I mention you can transform into creatures for fast travel or morph into defeated bosses? Yeah, it’s that kind of game.

That is to discover secrets within the gaming industry, create guides for all the games I play, and provide you with some important news. Oh, yeah, I post tons of patch notes too. Currently stuck in WoW with high M+ keys, Tarkov, a bit of Gray Zone Warfare, Dota 2, and CS2. P.S. Last time I counted how many hours I've spent in video games turned out to be 13+ years.
