Pokemon Go Hisuian Decidueye Raid guide, best counters and weaknesses

As we are on the brink of a very important battle, it is time to know what are we putting ourselves into.

On February 11, 2024, Trainers will be meeting with a new Pokemon, and that Pokemon is called the Arrow Quill Pokemon, otherwise known as Hisuian Decidueye. But that is not all though, as its Shiny form is also making its debut in Pokemon Go.

This owl-like Pokemon is quite interesting though, given that it is the final form of Rowlet in the Hisui region. Hisuian Decidueye is a Grass/Fighting-type Pokemon, and I do hope that it will become a vital member of your fighting team.

One thing we humans like to be is prepared. Prepared for anything, for anyone, anywhere. That is also the case with this upcoming event, named Hisuian Decidueye Raid Day.

I, myself, like to know what its strengths are, where are its weaknesses, and what could I do to defeat this Pokemon and catch it with my PokeBall. Here is a list I created, think of it as a Raid guide, where I include Hisuian Decidueye best counters and weaknesses.

Hisuian Decidueye weaknesses

  • 2x Flying-type attacks
  • Poison-type attacks
  • Fire-type attacks
  • Psychic-type attacks
  • Ice-type attacks
  • Fairy-type attacks

Hisuian Decidueye best counters

  • Mega Rayquaza – Air Slash and Dragon Ascent
  • Mega Pidgeot – Gust and Brave Bird
  • Shadow Rayquaza – Air Slash and Dragon Ascent
  • Shadow Moltres – Wing Attack and Sky Attack
  • Rayquaza – Air Slash and Dragon Ascent
  • Moltres – Wing Attack and Sky Attack
  • Yveltal – Gust and Oblivion Wing
  • Shadow Staraptor – Gust and Fly
  • Shadow Honchkrow – Peck and Sky Attack

The list is endless, but these are the best of the best. Use them wisely though.
