Field Research tasks in Pokémon GO can be collected from PokéStops by spinning their Photo Discs. Note that Gyms do not distribute tasks. Each PokéStop issues a single task daily, and these tasks are refreshed at 00:00 AM local time. Fortunately, the tasks for this event are relatively straightforward, allowing for easy completion before they expire.
