Xbox Confirms to Attend Gamescom 2024 with its “Biggest Booth Ever”

Xbox has confirmed its attendance at Gamescom this year. What’s even more exciting is that they said that will be setting up its biggest booth ever at the event.

Xbox made the announcement on their official account on X. They’ve already listed some of the games that will appear. The official announcement for the confirmation of their attendance at Gamescom can be found in the post below:

As for the games revealed:

  • Age of Mythology: Retold
  • Avowed
  • Ara: History Untold
  • Diablo IV: Vessel of Hatred
  • Diablo Immortal
  • The Elder Scrolls Online
  • Fallout 76
  • Towerborne
  • World of Warcraft: The War Within

And that’s not all! More games will be announced later. While on the opposite side, we have Sony skipping Gamescom this year, again. This follows their trend of hosting their digital events instead of shelling out for a big physical presence at conventions. The last time Sony showed up at Gamescom was in 2019, before the pandemic changed everything.

So, having Xbox joining Gamescom, and having the “biggest booth ever” seems to be promising quite a lot. So we’re left to see what Microsoft is going to reveal during Gamescom.

I am ANGE1K. I started playing video games a long time ago. In a blink of an eye, I became a hardcore gamer. A couple of years later, I traversed to the professional Counter-Strike 1.6 scene. After the competitive ERA, I managed to find the gaming industry amusing and started working on FGR. 8 years after founding FGR, my mission remains the same. That is to discover secrets within the gaming industry, create guides for all the games I play, and provide you with some important news. Oh, yeah, I post tons of patch notes too. Currently stuck in WoW with high M+ keys, Tarkov, a bit of Gray Zone Warfare, Dota 2, and CS2. P.S. Last time I counted how many hours I've spent in video games turned out to be 13+ years. And that was a long time ago too. Almost 24/7 in front of PC. If you need anything, feel free to contact me on X!
